Description
This is a Japanese Maple from my husband for Mother's Day. Bad weather made it awhile to get it in. It's about 6ft. and will be 15-20 full grown. In the sun it's one color,reddish. Cloudy it's burgundy and Fall Redder. I wanted one for years. It is setting so I can see it from in the house.Leaves are like thin pointing fingers.

Sweet, don't you just love these beautiful little trees, I finally realized I was calling mine by the wrong name. BLUSH!!! I have a horrible time lately remembering names and things, but refuse to give up! This is sweet! I love the dark color of those huge leaves on these wonderful little trees. They are the first and last ones I really concentrate on starting in spring and going all year around to see their changes. Wonderful photography work here. L/F
