About Marsha Heiken
Hi, lovers or art. My name is Marsha Heiken. Happily married for 52 years, with 3 beautiful daughters and 11 grandkids. I live in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and I am 71 years old. I have fibromyalgia and chronic pain. Twelve years ago, I needed a passion and God gave me the instant gift of art. I read, practiced, and before you knew it, I was painting. I am in love with it! It helps calm my pain and gives me a reason to get out of bed. I hope you enjoy my work. I can't paint or take photos like I use to,but I can't quit commenting with my Artist friends. I love FAA All Rights to all my Photographs and Paintings have a Copyright for all time ,until it is...

Thank you again Marsha. I would like to name one of paintings for YOU. I am not kidding. Perhaps you can choose one of your favorites and let me know. I will add your name to the title. I hope you are feeling good today. I read somewhere on another artist's words that you have fibro. I do too and i can surely empahize. Lots of good wishes for you and family. Dear Marsha, I am so honored and tickled pink that this was named for me.....I assume... In any case, this is so outstandingly gorgeous and I can almost feel the texture. The colors are sublime as well. Thx. for your recent comment on my semi-abstract (or abstract). winter pic. YOU are the only one who has mentioned seeing the horns. Your friend, Anne
